The latest technology og Golf shoes

FootJoy, has announced the presentation of the ReelFit range of golf shoes, which they declare is the latest breakthrough in golf shoe technology.

ReelFit shoes feature the innovative Boa Lacing System which provides the exact fit and in turn ensures greater comfort and steadiness during the golf play. Each pair of ReelFit shoes uses nearly two feet of adjustable steel micro-cable and an established tension lacing system, ensuring the ultimate fit will not loosen throughout the round. The ReelFit golf shoes have been engineered to provide a supreme fit and stable hitting platform.

However, new to golf, the Boa Lacing System is being used in many other sports, like Snowboarding, ice hockey and cycle, where high performance footwear is a necessary element. But at the time Boa Technology will be limited to FootJoy in the golf industry and only Footjoy golf shoes will be able to offer a system that has a excellent ease-of-use benefit among many others. The Boa Lacing System envelops your feet resulting in a consistent fit that shoes with laces simply can not duplicate.

In addition to the unique lacing system, ReelFit shoes are loaded with other features including best waterproof ECL Leather by Pittards of England, full leather linings, cushioned PU Fit-Beds, and GelCollar with IntelliTemp cooling. ReelFit's high-performance TPU Outsole is sculpted to offer great stability throughout the golf swing and the tactically placed OptiFlex Technology under the forefoot allows for more flexibility.
The new FootJoy “ReelFit” range is predictable to be in the US stores before Christmas, but will only start to be shipped to Europe in January 2007 and will come in four different styles each retailing at around.
